  1. Introduction

Welcome to Desert Sands Tourism LLC. By booking a desert safari, attraction ticket, or any other Dubai tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, bookings, cancellations, liability, and customer responsibilities. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

  1. Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation
  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized travel agents.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tour details.
Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

✔ Online Payment Gateways
✔ Bank Transfers
✔ Cash Payments (only for specific tours, subject to approval)

Pricing & Additional Charges
  • Prices listed on our website are per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary based on seasonal demand, public holidays, and tour availability.
  • Any additional services, upgrades, or last-minute bookings may incur extra charges.
  1. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer
  • Desert Safaris & Adventure Tours:
    ✔ More than 24 hours before tour: Full refund available.
    ✔ Less than 24 hours before tour: 50% refund.
    ✔ Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund.
  • Attraction Tickets & City Tours:
    ✔ Once issued, attraction tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    ✔ City tours canceled less than 24 hours before departure may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Company
  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to bad weather, government restrictions, or operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
  • If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method.
Rescheduling Policy
  • Customers may reschedule their tours at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Customer Responsibilities & Safety Guidelines

4. General Rules

  • All guests must carry valid identification (passport, Emirates ID, or driver’s license) during the tour.
  • Customers must arrive on time at the designated pick-up point. Delays may lead to missed tours without refunds.
Desert Safari Safety Guidelines
  • Dune bashing, quad biking, and dune buggy rides involve high-speed off-road driving and are not recommended for: ✔ Pregnant women
    ✔ Individuals with heart conditions or back problems
    ✔ Children under 3 years (unless in a private vehicle with parental supervision)
  • Customers must wear seat belts in safari vehicles and follow all safety instructions given by the guide.
  • Helmets, gloves, and safety gear must be worn during quad biking and dune buggy rides.
Attraction Tickets & City Tours
  • Some attractions require pre-booking with specific time slots. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time.
  • Desert Sands Tourism LLC is not responsible for denied entry due to improper attire or non-compliance with attraction rules.
  1. Liability & Limitations

Customer Liability
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour.
  • Any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, or attractions due to negligence or reckless behavior must be paid for by the customer.
Company Liability
  • While we take all necessary safety precautions, customers participate in adventure activities at their own risk.
  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies resulting from reckless behavior or ignoring safety instructions.
  • In the case of vehicle breakdowns or unexpected delays, we will make alternative arrangements but are not liable for missed flights, hotel check-ins, or additional costs incurred.
  1. Special Conditions for Private & Group Bookings

Private Tours
  • Private tours are subject to custom pricing and minimum guest requirements.
  • Changes in itinerary or additional stops must be discussed before the tour and may result in additional charges.
Group Bookings & Corporate Events
  • Group discounts apply for large bookings (10+ people).
  • Final headcount must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the tour.
  1. Photography & Media Policy

  • Customers may take photos and videos during the tour for personal use.
  • Commercial photography, drone use, or professional videography requires prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
  • By participating in our tours, customers consent to Desert Sands Tourism LLC using tour photos/videos for promotional purposes, unless they opt out in writing.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and ensure that customer information (email, phone, payment details) is securely stored and never shared with third parties without consent.
  • By booking a tour, you agree to receive confirmation emails, reminders, and promotional offers, which you can opt out of anytime.
  1. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

We are not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to uncontrollable circumstances such as:
✔ Extreme weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rains)
✔ Government restrictions, road closures, or new laws
✔ Technical issues beyond our control

In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
